Job summary

Ria Money Transfer, INC. seeks a Product Manager to own the omnichannel portfolio, moving traditional customers online and expanding programs globally. You’ll lead multi-market initiatives, write clear specs, and partner with engineering, design, and compliance to ship scalable solutions.

Improve in-store tools and agent POS experiences while driving adoption across a large, high-volume customer base. This role is hybrid, requiring coordination across time zones and markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience owning a consumer product end-to-end.
• Growth, adoption, or channel-migration work experience.
• Strong product sense and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven prioritization with product analytics literacy.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio roadmap for omnichannel programs and tools.
• Define specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Drive digital migration from brick-and-mortar to app and web.
• Lead cross-functional squads and define success metrics.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, design, compliance and commercial teams.
