The Michaels Companies, Inc. seeks a Store Associate for the Bellingham, MA location to help customers shop, locate products, and complete purchases with a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You'll assist with omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, while maintaining stock with planograms and recovery procedures. Responsibilities include engaging customers with Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, educating on VOC surveys, and ensuring safety,

• Customer service and sales-focused role in a retail environment.
• Cash handling and operating POS systems to standards.
• Help customers locate products and complete purchases efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and stock maintenance; support SISO and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies
• Interact professionally with customers; promote company vision and values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
