Job summary

ELOREA is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and scale our omnichannel operations across ecommerce, retail, wholesale, and international markets. You will own supply chain, inventory planning, logistics, and systems, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

The role requires on-site leadership from our New York office, building scalable processes, improving visibility, and driving customer excellence while maintaining product quality. Travel ~10%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, supply chain, or related roles.
• Experience with inventory planning, forecasting, logistics, warehousing, and vendors.
• Omnichannel experience across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.
• Strong financial analytics: forecasting, budgeting, KPIs.
• Experience with ERP and inventory systems; software integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain, inventory planning, and logistics across channels.
• Oversee warehousing, 3PL strategy, and vendor relationships.
• Develop scalable operating standards, processes, and reporting.
• Partner with Finance for forecasting, budgeting, and inventory investment.
• Own ERP, POS, and reporting infrastructure; drive automation and SOPs.
• Build and develop a high-performing operations team and culture of accountability.
