Job summary

ELOREA is seeking a Director of Operations to scale the operational infrastructure for our omnichannel business across e-commerce, retail, wholesale, and international markets. You will oversee supply chain, inventory planning, logistics, systems, and retail operations, driving efficiency and customer experience.

The role is highly strategic yet hands-on, focusing on building better processes, implementing systems, and leading a growing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in operations, supply chain, or related function.
• Experience with inventory planning, forecasting, logistics, and warehousing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from strategy through execution.
• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory planning, forecasting, and allocation across channels.
• Develop purchasing and replenishment strategies to optimize inventory and working capital.
• Oversee warehousing, 3PL, and freight to improve cost efficiency and service levels.
• Partner with Finance and senior leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and cash needs.
• Own evaluation and improvement of ERP, POS, EDI, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate across Finance, Marketing, Product Innovation, Retail and E-commerce to execute initiatives.
• Build and develop a high-performing operations team and culture of accountability.
