Job summary

Lead a data‑driven growth engine, align strategy with execution, and strengthen teams for the next stage of scale. The role reports to Executive Leadership and requires building a disciplined operating rhythm, with clear ownership, measurable goals, and a focus on improving conversion, customer economics, and channel

Qualifications

Proven senior commercial leadership across omnichannel retail, e-commerce, specialty retail, or consumer products.
Track record of reversing underperformance and delivering profitable growth across multiple revenue channels.
Strong command of e-commerce metrics, merchandising, pricing, customer acquisition, retention, and unit economics.

Responsibilities

Own revenue growth across e-commerce, retail, B2B/wholesale, and marketplaces.
Set growth plans, forecast performance, and manage P&L and profitability.
Improve conversion, product discovery, AOV, retention, and the digital customer journey with tech/ops partnership.
Lead sales leadership for wholesale and third‑party marketplaces, including Amazon.
Establish store and online channel accountability and manage omnichannel operations.
