Qualifications

• 6–8 years in digital strategy, digital marketing, or customer experience leadership.
• Experience delivering digital strategies across web and mobile channels (public-facing/authenticated).
• Healthcare, insurance, retail or similar experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead omnichannel digital strategy aligned with enterprise goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, Engineering, IT, and Customer Operations to design scalable digital capabilities.
• Advise on digital audience segmentation and lifecycle development to optimize engagement.
• Promote modern digital practices, experimentation, and data-driven decision making across teams.
• Monitor competitive landscape and trends to guide strategy and roadmaps.
