• Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers while providing excellent customer service. Actively engages customers and promotes programs to drive sales.
• Checkout Standards - Completes checkout processes, assists at checkouts, and utilizes POS systems for line management.
• General Operations - Assists with Omnichannel, recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance; participates in annual inventories.
• Performance Standards - Supports shrink and safety initiatives and meets iCAP program targets.
