Job summary

PRIME Corporate Services in Utah seeks a Business Formation Specialist to guide entrepreneurs through their journey. You will handle inbound calls, support emails, and live text messages while drafting and processing documents with state and federal agencies.

Collaborate with the Business Formation Manager and Sales teams to deliver excellent service, manage billing, refunds, and Google Workspace setups, and help clients form and maintain compliant entities.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in a customer service role.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and calendar apps.
• Experience using a CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Omnichannel customer support across phone, email, and text.
• Process and draft legal documents with state and federal agencies.
• Assist with Google Workspace setup and troubleshooting.
• Manage billing inquiries and refunds.
• Respond to inquiries about business formations and product offerings.
• Collaborate with Business Formation Manager and Sales/Management teams.
