Job summary

SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Digital Product Owner II to drive AI-enabled service experiences across our omnichannel ecosystem. You will own the strategy and backlog for conversational technologies and partner with Member Services, Operations, and Digital Experience to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires 3–5+ years in Product Owner/PM roles, strong Agile experience, and familiarity with contact center platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled solutions in Agile environments.
• Experience with customer service, contact center operations, or service delivery.
• Ability to translate objectives into measurable outcomes and actionable product strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define AI product strategy, backlog, and roadmap for AI-enabled service capabilities.
• Partner with Member Services and operations to improve efficiency and experience.
• Lead ownership of conversational and AI-enabled experiences across channels.
• Manage delivery, priorities, and governance for AI initiatives.
