Job summary

SCAN, a nonprofit health organization, is seeking a Digital Product Owner II - Omnichannel to lead AI-enabled service experiences across our omnichannel ecosystem. You will own strategy, governance, and delivery, partnering with Member Services, Operations, and Technology teams.

The ideal candidate combines product ownership with practical AI and conversational systems experience, helping scale capabilities while ensuring regulatory and experience goals are met across channels.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of Product Owner or Product Manager experience in digital product or CX tech.
Experience delivering technology-enabled solutions in Agile environments.
Experience with customer service or contact center operations.

Responsibilities

Own AI-enabled service and conversational capabilities roadmap and backlog.
Partner with leaders to scale AI-powered capabilities.
Translate goals into actionable product requirements and deliver plans.
Develop business cases, success metrics, and investment priorities for AI.
Ensure AI capabilities meet objectives, regulatory obligations, and experience goals.
Lead governance, quality standards, and performance management for AI products.
Coordinate delivery across business and tech teams to ship enhancements.
Define reusable patterns for scaling across use cases.
