Job summary

Walmart Hoboken is seeking a Manager, Account Strategy to lead omnichannel advertising campaigns for the Food team. You’ll translate client marketing objectives into media strategies, monitor performance, and provide insights to stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Sales, Creative, Analytics, and Operations to drive delivery and continuous improvement. You’ll mentor teammates, build joint business plans with forecasting tools, and present results to clients and leadership, delivering results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field and 3 years’ experience in digital media, account management, or advertising strategy.
• Option 2: 5 years’ experience in digital media, account management, marketing, or advertising strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing objectives.
• Translate client goals into actionable media strategies using Walmart Connect’s advertising solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and optimization to meet key performance indicators.
• Analyze campaign data and apply digital metrics to improve effectiveness and growth.
• Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and client onboarding processes.
• Build joint business plans using forecasting tools and customer insights.
• Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaign success and continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and support their development and engagement.
