Job summary

Walmart Connect in Hoboken, NJ seeks a Manager of Account Strategy to lead the development and execution of omnichannel advertising campaigns. You’ll translate client marketing objectives into effective media strategies, monitor performance, and provide strategic insights to clients and senior leadership.

You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics to ensure campaign success and drive revenue growth, mentoring team members and promoting continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area with 3 years’ experience in digital media, account management, or advertising strategy.
• 5 years’ experience in digital media, account management, marketing, or advertising strategy.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and analytics teams to drive campaign success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing objectives.
• Translate client goals into actionable media strategies using Walmart Connect’s platforms.
• Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and optimization to meet key performance indicators.
• Analyze campaign data and digital metrics to generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and client onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership.
