Walmart Connect seeks a Manager, Account Strategy in Hoboken to lead omnichannel advertising campaigns and translate client goals into effective media strategies.

You will monitor performance, optimize results through data analysis, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams. You’ll mentor teammates, drive process improvements, and deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area and 3 years’ experience in digital media, account management, or advertising strategy.
• 5 years’ experience in digital media, account management, marketing, or advertising strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing goals using Walmart Connect’s solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery to meet KPI.
• Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and integration with ad technology platforms.
• Build joint business plans leveraging forecasting tools and customer insights.
• Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights for campaign growth and improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign success.
• Mentor team members and support their development through coaching and feedback.
