Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years total experience in commercial functions.
• 7+ years in commercial functions with leadership responsibility.
• 5+ years leading teams in digital marketing or martech with marketing automation responsibility.

• Directly lead and develop the Omnichannel Activation team across campaigns.
• Enable enterprise workflows for omnichannel engagement via automation.
• Steward omnichannel enablement, integrating AI and martech across workflows.
• Oversee CEP and annual tactical planning with AI-enhanced orchestration.
• Align marketing tech roadmaps with DDA and product teams to drive adoption.
• Lead change management and training to promote data-driven marketing.
• Monitor AI, marketing automation and vendor platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
