Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. in West Lebanon, NH is hiring an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse activities.

You will pull merchandise from pick lists, move items to staging areas, and use a handheld RF scanner to verify counts and locations. You will support BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club initiatives while upholding club standards, safety, and exceptional member service daily.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to pick and verify orders.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Maintain clean, organized SFC area and handle returns.
• Escalate inventory issues and adhere to SOPs.
