Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Massachusetts is hiring an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving items from the sales floor to the staging area, and using a handheld RF scanner to verify counts and locations.

You will work across digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club, collaborate with a team to meet productivity goals, uphold club policies, maintain a safe and friendly environment

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Uses handheld scanner to pick orders from the sales floor.
• Communicates problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicates expired or short-dated items included on pick list.
• Communicates with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures. Including adhering to proper dress code standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
