Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in West Lebanon, NH is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse operations. You will pull merchandise from pick lists, move items to staging, and use handheld scanners to verify counts and locations, ensuring accuracy and speed.

This role supports BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club initiatives, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k), and stock purchase options.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly using handheld RF scanner and pick list.
• Pull orders from the sales floor and move to staging area.
• Verify merch counts and locations, and update inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe Omni space and adhere to SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
• Provide friendly, timely service and resolve member concerns.
