Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to join our warehouse operations. You will pull merchandise from pick lists, verify counts with handheld RF scanners, and move items to staging areas, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment for members.

You’ll work within digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club, uphold club policies, and maintain a clean, safe environment while delivering fast, friendly service that aligns with GOLD standards.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/ wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilizes a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area and communicates issues to team.
