Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Portsmouth, VA is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to handle general warehouse duties, use RF scanners to pull orders, and move merchandise to staging areas. You will support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club while ensuring accuracy and efficiency on the floor.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and friendly, pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use RF scanner to verify items and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and communicate inventory issues.
• Assist with replenishment and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety SOPs.
