Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Virginia Beach, VA is looking for an Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse operations, including pulling merchandise from pick lists, moving items to staging, and using handheld scanners for accuracy.

You will contribute to digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club, ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to safety standards while supporting members and fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Prior order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and accurately by pulling items from a pick list.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure proper location updates.
• Operate handheld RF scanner and communicate inventory issues to the team.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to SOPs for Omni initiatives.
