Job summary

Coach is seeking a Manager of Store Operations to lead the implementation and ongoing development of inventory systems and NSO processes. The role covers NA Retail / Outlet stores, Coffee Shops, and Coach International, requiring collaboration with vendor and corporate partners.

The position focuses on managing NSO processes, store openings, renovations, relocations, and closings, with a strong emphasis on data-driven improvements and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong computer skills with advanced MS Office.
• Experience in managing and developing a team.
• Ability to work across many functional areas and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing development of inventory systems and NSO processes.
• Coordinate all NSO projects including new store openings, renovations, relocations and closings.
• Manage testing, training, documentation and rollout of system updates.
• Oversee physical inventories twice per fiscal year with cross-functional partners.
• Act as project manager for new store systems setup with IT, HR and Architecture.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements.
