Job summary

Blank Street is seeking a proactive NSO Associate to lead and coordinate smooth launches across new growth projects and store forms. You will manage timelines, align cross-functional teams, and ensure openings meet standards. Travel will be required based on new store openings and evolving business needs.

You will collaborate with IT, Coffee Equipment, and field teams, handling vendor coordination, doc updates, and setup testing to guarantee operational readiness for new locations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, consumer brands, retail, or new location openings.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate launches across new growth projects and store types.
• Track progress using project tools and communicate timelines to stakeholders.
• Assist with equipment setup, testing, and onboarding for new locations.
• Support DOH compliance walkthroughs and ops team check-ins.
