You’ll shape an inclusive culture, analyze sales data, and create plans to optimize results while aligning with global and regional strategies.

In this role you’ll recruit, onboard, develop and coach staff, manage operations and compliance, and collaborate with Area leadership and VMs to drive performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead the full store team to deliver omni customer experience.
• Analyze sales, budget goals, and create plans to optimize profits.
• Ensure high visual and commercial presentation according to guidelines.
• Promote Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Schedule to budgeted hours and manage store operations.
• Oversee fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions and returns.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with allocation.
• Recruit, onboard, develop and coach store staff.
