H&M is seeking a Department Manager in Charleston to lead a team and drive an inclusive, collaborative store culture. You will optimize sales, visual merchandising, and customer experience while promoting loyalty initiatives and sustainability in-store.

Responsabilités

• Oversee total OMNI customer experience in-store, ensuring visual and commercial curation.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify department strengths and commercial opportunities, and act on them.
• Set and analyze sales and budget goals, creating plans to optimize results.
• Ensure customer service across all areas and empower the team to promote and sell products.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Manage department in a cost-efficient way.
• Ensure correct routines in fitting rooms and checkout, including transactions, returns and exchanges.
• Complete admin routines for people and operations accurately.
