Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. You will pull merchandise, verify counts with a handheld scanner, and move items to staging to fulfill member orders.

Key duties include following club policies, working with a team to meet productivity goals, and maintaining a safe, friendly member environment. Prior order pulling and RF scanner experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in order pulling and fulfillment in a warehouse setting.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases by pulling merchandise from a pick list and preparing for staging.
• Use handheld RF scanner to verify counts and locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area for order fulfillment.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas and follow SOPs for omni features.
