Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Quincy, MA is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse operations and digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

You will pull orders, use handheld RF scanners, move merchandise to staging and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment while upholding safety and company standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, fast-paced execution, and a commitment to member service within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases by pulling merchandise from a pick list and preparing it for checkout.
• Use handheld RF scanner to verify merchandise and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain SFC area, handle returns, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
• Meet productivity metrics and adhere to SOPs for Omni initiatives.
