Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Ohio is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to handle general warehouse tasks, including pulling merchandise, staging orders, and using RF scanners to verify items. You’ll support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club, while upholding club standards and delivering member-focused service.

Strong attention to safety, teamwork, and speed is valued as you help ensure accurate picking, timely processing, and a positive shopping

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously using handheld scanners.
• Pull orders from pick lists and move merchandise to staging areas.
• Verify counts and update merchandise locations in the system.
• Communicate inventory issues and expired items to the team.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the SFC and surrounding areas.
• Support other departments as needed to meet productivity goals.
