BJ’s Wholesale Club in Willoughby, OH is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse operations, pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving items to staging, and using an RF scanner to verify counts for orders. This role works across digital initiatives including curbside, express pay, and ship-from-club.

Qualifications

• Experience pulling orders from a pick list in a warehouse/retail setting.
• Experience working in big-box/wholesale environments preferred.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and handheld devices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to verify merchandise and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and prepare for shipping or curbside pickup.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow club policies.
