Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. You will perform general warehouse tasks, pull merchandise from pick lists, verify counts with handheld scanners, and move items to staging areas while maintaining safety and member-focused service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, urgency to meet productivity goals, and adherence to club policies, with a focus on delivering Gold standard member

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Uses handheld RF scanner to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure orders are packed securely.
