Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador in New Jersey to support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club, while ensuring top-notch member service. You will work with team members to pull merchandise, use RF scanners, and maintain a safe, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilizes a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor.
• Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Communicates problems with inventory and/or equipment.
• Ensures all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
