Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador in New Albany, MS to perform general warehouse tasks, pull orders from pick lists, and use handheld RF scanners to verify merchandise and locations. You’ll move items from the sales floor to staging and support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

The role emphasizes fast, courteous service, teamwork, and meeting safety and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilizes a handheld scanner device to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and communicate inventory issues.
• Ensure timely picking to meet productivity requirements and KPIs.
• Follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
