Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Supervisor to lead club-level operations and drive outstanding member experiences. You will oversee Omni teams, support digital initiatives like BOPIC and Ship from Club, and coach staff to achieve performance targets.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking and the use of data to improve processes. You will work with the Assistant Club Manager to maintain high standards and a safe, engaging environment for members and teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience overseeing a team of 5+ employees in a professional setting.
• Demonstrated ability to set goals, organize workflow and meet deadlines.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Omni operations and lead teams to deliver GOLD club standards daily.
• Coach and train Omni Experience Ambassadors and assess team performance.
• Manage staffing, onboarding and performance in alignment with club goals.
• Ensure accurate order pulling, inventory control and safe operation of RF devices.
• Monitor daily/weekly OMNI reporting and drive continuous improvement.
