Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse activities, including picking orders from lists, moving items to staging, and using an RF scanner to verify counts and locations. You’ll support BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club initiatives while ensuring accuracy and speed.

The role requires prior order pulling and RF scanner experience, plus familiarity with big box/wholesale retail environments.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling orders from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to verify merchandise and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Coordinate with team to replenish inventory and avoid stockouts.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to SOPs for Omni initiatives.
• Meet productivity and service level expectations.
