Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse operations and digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. You will handle order picking, use RF scanners, and ensure accurate counts and locations while collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities include moving merchandise to staging, meeting productivity targets, and following SOPs. A fast, friendly attitude and commitment to safe, accurate service are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to verify counts and locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure timely order completion.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and coordinate replenishment with the team.
• Follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club; maintain a clean, organized area.
