Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives and in-store fulfillment. You will pull orders from the floor, verify quantities with handheld scanners, and move items to staging areas for fast, accurate fulfillment.

The role emphasizes adherence to club policies, safety, and a positive member experience, with teamwork and speed as core expectations. Candidates with prior RF scanning and wholesale retail background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners or handheld scanning devices preferred.
• Previous order pulling experience and wholesale/retail familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize a handheld RF scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and prepare orders for fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized SFC area and follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
