Job summary

WHOOP is seeking an Analyst II to support its Commercial Analytics team in Boston, focusing on omni‑channel performance. You will own reporting and analysis across wholesale, products, and markets, partnering with commercial stakeholders to identify opportunities and inform decisions.

Based in our Boston, MA office, you will collaborate with Wholesale, Digital Commerce, and Marketing to connect channel insights to broader commercial trends and build automated dashboards for scalable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field.
• 2+ years in business analytics or similar role; commercial data experience is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large transactional datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring reporting and analysis of wholesale performance across partners, products, and regions.
• Analyze retailer and partner performance, including sell-through, inventory, pricing, and promotions, surfacing trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain datasets and data models powering wholesale reporting; validate data against source systems.
• Lead analyses end to end from framing questions to translating findings into recommendations.
• Contribute to cross-functional analyses spanning Wholesale, Digital Commerce, and Marketing with wholesale perspective.
• Build and improve dashboards and automated reporting to reduce manual analysis and increase visibility.
