Job summary

WHOOP is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to join the Business Systems team in Boston. You will own projects end-to-end, align with Finance, Operations, Member Services, and Engineering, and drive requirements, design, testing, and deployment across ERP, CRM, and related tools.

You'll configure platforms, build integrations, support day-to-day operations, and advocate for AI-enabled process improvements while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis, systems administration, systems implementation.
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering ERP/CRM/order management or support platforms.
• Understanding of core finance or operations processes and data movement between systems.
• Exposure to scripting, APIs, or automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end: scoping, build, testing, rollout, and post-launch support.
• Be the go-to owner for a set of business systems and processes with cross-functional partners.
• Drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Configure and administer platforms: workflows, permissions, reports, and automations.
• Build integrations between systems in collaboration with Engineering.
• Own end-to-end processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, fulfillment, or member support).
• Troubleshoot user issues and data errors; drive resolution.
• Plan and execute UAT and lead change management for rollouts.
• Develop technical docs, process guides, and training for users.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive measurable impact.
