Job summary

Michaels in Toms River, NJ is hiring store teammates to deliver friendly service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and keeping the store well merchandised.

This role supports Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, while upholding SOPs, safety programs, and brand standards. Must be able to stand long hours and lift packages as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Public retail store setting; climate controlled public areas; some outdoor work when unloading trucks or retrieving carts.
• Total Base Pay Range is provided and overtime may apply according to state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in locating products.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) maintenance.
• Support store recovery, inventory accuracy, and shrink/safety programs.
