Job summary

Michaels Store - LI-BAYSHORE, NY seeks a Store Team Member to help customers, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will support unloading trucks, stocking, and keeping shelves well merchandised.

Responsibilities include assisting with BOPIS/SFS, maintaining planograms, and promoting the Rewards program while upholding store standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store
• Cash handling and POS familiarity preferred
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise in-stock condition
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
