Job summary
Vineyard Vines in Stamford, CT, seeks a Senior Manager, OMS & Omni Systems to lead MAO configuration and IT delivery for digital and store operations. This role reports to the Senior Director of IT Application Delivery & Support and will partner with business partners, technology vendors, and internal teams to move omni-channel initiatives forward.
You will manage testing, configure MAO modules, and develop training materials while building cross-functional relationships across merchandising,
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of professional IT/retail experience required.
- 2–3 years hands-on MAO or related software experience.
- Strong Postman and JSON knowledge.
- Experience with omni-channel retail tech stacks.
Responsibilities
- Lead MAO configuration and IT solution delivery for digital and store ops.
- Coordinate development and release activities with vendors.
- Manage testing, including test scripts and results documentation.
- Support MAO modules and integrations (PayPal, Salesforce Cloud, ERP).
- Partner with business to document change management and training.
