Job summary

KnitWell Group seeks a Manager – Omni-Channel Applications to lead strategic and hands-on work across enterprise omni-channel platforms. You will steer architecture, design, delivery, and people leadership to enable seamless customer journeys across digital, store, and fulfillment channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of enterprise application development experience.
  • 3+ years in Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or Senior Technical role.
  • Experience with omni-channel, customer-facing, or large-scale platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and API/microservice approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical strategy and long-term roadmap for omni-channel platforms.
  • Provide architectural direction aligned with standards and business goals.
  • Guide release planning, solution readiness, and engineering practices.
  • Lead and mentor technical teams and external vendors.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Drive cloud adoption and platform modernization, including AI-enabled capabilities.
