BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Commerce Lead to drive growth across Same-Day Delivery, Pickup, Ship-to-Home, and Marketplace channels. You will partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Digital Experience, Fulfillment, and Operations to accelerate acquisition and revenue while optimizing the customer journey.

The role requires strategic planning, data-driven decision making, and strong cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable, customer-centric omni-channel experiences.

Qualifications

• The role requires 5–8 years of experience in digital commerce or omni-channel business management.
• Experience supporting digital commerce or omni-channel programs in retail is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market and eCommerce strategies to grow omni-commerce channels.
• Own marketplace strategy and optimize partnerships including DoorDash and Instacart.
• Lead performance analysis and translate insights into actionable growth plans.
• Improve the customer journey across digital experiences and fulfillment.
• Plan and execute pricing, promotions, and merchandising across channels.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting and performance updates.
