Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. You will perform general warehouse tasks, pull merchandise from pick lists, and use RF scanners to verify counts while moving items to staging areas.

Qualifications

• Experience pulling orders from shelves and using a handheld RF scanner.
• Experience in a big-box or wholesale retail environment is preferred.
• Good teamwork and communication to support fast, accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and accurately by pulling items from a pick list.
• Use handheld scanner to pick orders and verify merchandise counts.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and prepare for pickup or delivery.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and help replenish stock as needed.
• Ensure orders are completed on time to meet productivity goals and SOPs for Omni initiatives.
