Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Manager of Digital Carrier Management to oversee pre- and post-shipped digital order processing in a retail omni-channel environment. You will ensure accurate order capture, validation, tracking, and coordination with logistics, tech, supply chain, and customer support to deliver a frictionless customer experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration with carriers, monitoring KPIs, and leading a team of order management analysts to optimize OMS, ERP, and integration

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics/carrier management or digital operations, ideally in multi-channel retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• Experience with order processing systems and cross-functional collaboration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital order capture, validation, and fulfillment tracking across web, mobile, and marketplace channels.
• Coordinate transitions between order stages and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with digital merchandising, supply chain, customer service, and fulfillment teams to synchronize product availability and dispatch timing.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Recommend enhancements to order management systems and integrations to improve automation and accuracy.
• Lead and mentor a team of order management analysts, specialists, and coordinators.
• Define SOPs, metrics, SLAs, and support audits for digital order workflows.
• Drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and revenue.
