Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years cross-functional retail experience.
• Business Analyst work experience required.
• Heavy use of Microsoft Office.
• Alteryx certification.
• Data Analysis (Databricks, Intera, SCI).
• Extensive cross functional Retail knowledge.
• Comfortable with information systems.
• Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining an overall project perspective.
• Working knowledge of OLAP tools.
• Strong analytical skills with data tools such as Excel, Alteryx, Power BI.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in process documentation and operational support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement coordinator workflows with the team.
• Pull and analyze data to support partner meetings with insights.
• Monitor order fulfillment and aged orders/presale orders.
• Track product setup issues like missing DIMs and UPCs.
• Lead Ship-From-Store review meetings with partners.
• Represent team in cross-functional meetings and provide updates.
• Support partners with eligibility requirements and ad-hoc requests.
• Update process documentation and train new associates.
• Drive initiatives to reduce retailer cancel rates and improve order accuracy.
• Identify and implement solutions to reduce athlete contacts about WIZMO.
