Job summary

Williams‑Sonoma, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a store fulfillment lead to drive incremental sales by overseeing in‑store order fulfillment across channels (order pickup, shipments, holds, home delivery and installation) and by modeling world‑class service while building guest relationships.

You will supervise staff coverage, manage stockroom organization, perform daily audits to deter shrink, champion safety practices with monthly meetings, and foster a people‑first environment where associates

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven time management and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• 2–3 years of retail sales or customer-service leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer fulfillment across all channels leveraging all services (order pick up, outgoing shipment, unpaid hold management, home delivery, installation).
• Identify, execute and maintain shipping in and shipping out lanes in the stock room; utilize pop-up tables, carts and racks as needed.
• Ensure effective stockroom organization to maximize efficiency, safety and productivity for replenishment and omni fulfillment.
• Perform regular audits and daily reconciliations to eliminate shrink.
• Champion safety best practices and conduct monthly safety meetings; ensure equipment is safe and staff trained.
• Create and ensure a positive environment where all associates are treated with dignity and respect.
