Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club in Voorhees, NJ is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse activities: pulling merchandise from pick lists, moving items to staging, and using handheld scanners to verify counts and locations.

You will work across digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club, contributing to fast, accurate order fulfillment and a safe, member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Operate handheld RF scanner to pull and verify orders.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment.
• Support Omni digital initiatives across BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Uses RF scanner to verify merchandise and update locations.
• Ensures orders are picked promptly to meet productivity targets.
• Communicates inventory or equipment issues and replenishment needs.
