Intuit Inc. is seeking a senior CX leader to head the Customer Success Assisted Services Growth team within the Consumer Ecosystem. You will scale omni-channel, expert-led services across retail, virtual, and hybrid experiences, partnering with Product, Marketing, and Data Analytics to drive growth and adoption.

You will coach managers and ICs, shape journeys and lifecycle strategies, and translate VOC into commercial impact while aligning CX with business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of CX leadership in matrixed, fast-moving environments.
• Experience with customer segmentation, design thinking, and experimentation.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven ROI analysis.
• Customer-first approach with product/UX experience preferred.

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of CX professionals, scaling omni-channel expert-led services.
• Guide the team to identify customer needs and run cross-functional experiments to test behavior.
• Analyze data with partners to solve ambiguous problems and drive innovative solutions.

• Shape customer success, product, and marketing strategy around journeys, segments, and lifecycle stages.
• Advocate for customers using VOC insights to resolve barriers and define target experiences.
