Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and plans for associates’ daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximize sales/KPIs, and drive customer loyalty.
• People: train and develop teams, recruit to build a network of candidates, coach or counsel performance.
• Operations: ensure execution of processes including Omni-channel fulfillment and store procedures.
• Inventory/payroll: manage stock/shipment and payroll hours; ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe environment and protect assets; enforce policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Store Manager peers and communicate with AM/DM to align on business objectives and culture.
