Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant laboratory management experience.
• Familiarity with CAP/CLIA and SOPs in a clinical lab.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated/liquid handling systems for clinical testing.
• Analyze molecular assay results for medical staff interpretation.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment; perform routine maintenance.
• Train new lab members and manage inventory.
• Ensure QA/QC across omics workflows and cross-platform harmonization.
